Where can you have the best view of Melbourne? The Melbourne Star Observation Wheel is the place you may want to go. True, it is not the highest point in the city however the location allows to see, beside the city, also the Yarra river up to Williamstown, an incredible wide open view.

The wheel does not spin as quickly as you may think from the photo, it actually takes quite a long while for a complete loop, more than enough time to enjoy the view around you.
