This is one of the best graffiti places I have visited so far in Melbourne. As you see in the photo it is not a popular place you usually walk through, it is not Hosier Lane where you have to share the space with another 10 photographers or visitor. It is literally few meters away from a popular street, Chapel street, although the access is through a very long tunnel from…..a secret entrance. It is a waterstorm drain, therefore any visit has to be planned after few days of sun, otherwise it can be a dangerous place to be.

No map in this case, I cannot remember the location…..what a liar!! But you can enjoy few more photos of it that I will post in the coming days.

Stefano is a cycling, movie and life style photographer with a big love for landscape & travel photography. When in Melbourne, his hometown, you will see him cycling around at sunset or sunrise looking for the best spot for a photo of this beautiful city. It is quite amazing how much photography gear he can pack on his bike :o

The waterboard has now dammed off this drain so you need to wade through thigh deep water & sloppy mud whilst dodging the occasional syringe.

That’s bad news Doug, I did not find any syringe when I was there but Iguess it is a good place to hide, if you want to

Yeah, the syringes used to wasg out, but now thanks to the dam they tend to float about.
There is obviously an illegal sewer hook up as the water behind the same has crap in it 🙁
